PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This is an introduction to the Global Certificate in Workplace Skills. This program is designed for new entry level employees, and employees seeking refresher courses in health and safety and personal effectiveness.

The program comprises 10 courses. To qualify for the Professional Certificate in Workplace Skills (the Credential), you will need to complete a minimum of 5 courses, 3 of which must be health and safety courses.

Health and Safety courses typically take about 1 hour to complete, while Personal Effectiveness courses take 6 hours to complete, as they comprise about 2 hours of online learning, and it takes another 4 hours to complete the activities in the associated learning manuals with these courses.
