Researchers need to apply valid and ethical research methods, which can assure the audience that the analysis and observations made from the research are reliable and can be used with confidence to inform business and other decisions.

In this course, we will look at different types of research methods which use different tools for data collection, and the factors researchers need to consider in ensuring the research employs good practice and provides reliable and valuable information.
